Many people like to talk about getting in shape.

That's very nice, but talking doesn't burn enough calories or exhaust the muscles enough to make much difference when you look in the mirror. And it doesn't adjust the diet so the body gets the correct fuel to help achieve the desired changes. That's why we meet in the gym... and why establish our goals at the very beginning!

And I know how to work toward every type of goal, for every type of person, and for every body type.

One of my clients (47; ad exec) says that the best thing that has happened to him recently (and a lot of great things have happened to this guy!) is that he can wear jeans he bought two years ago that no longer fit him back then... EVEN AFTER HE HAD LIPOSUCTION surgery! Doesn't seem like much, I know, but he LOVES to eat, and he has trouble balancing his food intake with the kind of nutrition his specific body type needs to shrink fat and achieve good tone. I know how to fix things like that.

It took a little while, but his gains in overall fitness, muscle size and overall health are so rewarding to him that even I can hardly get him to stop talking about it! People who haven't seen him in a couple of months are amazed at the changes in his appearance. AND he eats what he wants, simply adjusted to the new way of eating we developed together to fit his lifestyle and his appetite.

Now... I can't promise you that we can do this in two or three weeks like they do on TV. That just doesn't happen in real life, and even if it did, the effects wouldn't last. You may know that already from personal experience.

What I CAN promise you is that the amount of weight and inches you loose, muscle you gain, athletic fitness you achieve, stamina you increase, and good health you attain will be HIGH QUALITY in every sense of the phrase. We'll work on your entire body, inside and out, and we'll constantly adjust our programs so that you'll get the most bang out of your workouts, every time.

This doesn't mean you'll need to spend all your time in the gym, either. The client I mentioned before works out just THREE DAYS a week for just ONE HOUR AT EACH TIME. Some people NEED a little more than that, so when that's the case, we work out longer. It's that simple.
